It was designed with one apartment per floor, with the top two floors designed as a penthouse with spectacular views of the Mumbai harbour on all three sides.
The layout ensures natural light and cross ventilation in every room, reducing the need for air conditioning. The curved weather shades and the grooves in the façade are a reference to the ship forms and proximity to the sea and to the Art Deco heritage of South Mumbai.
