This project is located on the beach front with views going all the way to Madh Island. The palate of materials chosen for this project emerged from this ocean front location. We chose textured Indian natural stones for the project and solid teak wood veneer for the furniture in the living spaces.
The screen in the entry hall also of natural stone, separates the dining room from the entry foyer.
The mirrored cabinet in the entrance lobby reflects the textured stone floor; while on a clear day it also reflects the window, the sea and sky beyond. Each bathroom has a different stone finish and two of the bedrooms have a stone mural. The sun, the sand and the coconut tree mural, mirrors the location of this apartment by the sea.
